What does it involve?

When making such an important decision to purchase or lease a future home, this is a really worthwhile investment.


This assessment is a clear and insightful overview of the potential future property taking into account environmental health hazards, how healthy the space is currently and we give guidance on what you may need to do to improve or change it.

With this onsite assessment we look at nearby sources of outdoor air pollution and pesticides, basic mould growth assessment as well as moisture sources and possible pathways of moisture intrusion, chemicals and external and internal sources of electromagnetic fields.

What will you get?

  • An initial interview over the phone and an online questionnaire.
  • A thorough visual inspection and testing of the site and building.
  • Discussion of findings on the day of the audit.
    Sampling if required.
  • A written report based on assessment findings, which will include easy to follow solutions and recommendations on how to deal with environmental health hazards identified.
  • A follow up call.

What is the cost?

This is a 3-5 hour assessment including the written report.

From $600 plus GST- small office/standard size house (excluding sampling / laboratory analysis)

From $700 plus GST- larger office or house (excluding sampling / laboratory analysis)
